P's have always been great tires..only problem is super soft compound means quicker replacement the harder you run them. If you got the money...they got the grip.

I happened to look at my tires today renoticed the red dots on the sidewalls that I previously assumed meant "this is the outside wall", being that they are uni-side, not unidirectional, but the same side needs to point out because the shoulders are not the same on both sides. I got to thinking. Is the red dot there to indicate the lightest point and that the valve stem should be aligned with it? I've heard of this type of marking before, but didn't give it prior thought.

Thats exactly what they are there for....but most tire shops dont line them up unless you ask them too.......It can make a big difference on really heavy wheels. I wouldnt worry about it unless you have more than 1.75 oz of wheel weights on the front or back side of your wheels
