GM'* Tech II (Made by HP)
I was wondering if anybody else here has tried to find a laptop version of GM"* Tech II? This unit is made by HP. The GM Tech II goes for $3993.00 CDN! The GM P/N: GM3000094. I'm also looking for the Cable & Adapters:
Cable P/N GM3000095 (HP P/N 5063-3252)
OBDII Connector P/N GM3000098 (HP P/N 5063-3255)
OBD I Connector P/N GM3000099 (HP P/N 5063-3256)
I know this can be done since most Race Cars have this set up. They use what'* known as a "BRICK" that acts as a go between. This BRICK attaches itself to the ECM gives a handshack then downloads any & all info. Then they take the BRICK and attach it to their laptop. It then transfer the info to the laptop to be viewed & adjusted. They then upload this adjusted info back to the BRICK, then re-attach it to the ECM & upload this new info.

Duh. I was gonna look this up last week at work, but our network crashed. HP. Believe it or not. I already printed out your last post. Going in tonight, I'll see what I can dig up.
Get off my back.
