I don't think you owe an aopology, the topic is "What you run your gap at" not what is spec'd. I didn't even think you were trying to list specs

Specifying a plug gap or even a proper plug for his Trofeo based on his mods would be impossible. He has issues he needs to fix and properly tune before selecting the right plug/gap.
MACDRIVE, .055" is what L67'* use when they are one nominal pulley size down on plugs that are one heat range colder than stock. Lightly modded L36'* benefit from the same combination due to the higher compression ratio of the L36.
