Default Rogue'* engine in the future?

How about it? 600hp in a Y2K+1 SSEi. Hurry up Todd, we want to see it with drag strip gearing rather than 2.56:1. I'm sure it would provoke a few :? at the track. I wonder how it would fair against BadSSEi? Funny how the two fastest SSEi'* are driven by Cooks -Scott Cook (BadSSEi), and Mike Cook (Salt Flats car)?

The car (Bonneville Salt Flat'* record setting Bonneville).

I just noticed this, but it looks as though it has roof rails like the GP Special Edition.

Stabilizers, helps keep it straight on the flats.

BadSSEi is quicker and has more horsepower (built for the 1/4 not top end). In fact the top of Scotts car was used in SOB'* (funny anacronym that) latest salt flat runs so realistically you could say both cars share the same engine and therefore should be considered one car?

My car will never have that much power. I've seen BadSSEi shred parts at will and I must say its probably not a very dependable daily driver Scott had his blowzilla for sale at one point earlier this year and for a split second I thought about it, until i realized the infrastructure I would have needed to run it. If I can hold 300-350 wheel horsepower that is probably where I will end up.

Yeah, I can see where you're coming from and have to say I do agree. There is a point where carnal desires and moral necessity have to balance out.
