ordered my clear corners...
 

I ordered corners for my car last Friday... and bought red ligths to replace to dull looking regular color bulbs. Do you guys think that this will look ok?! I'm curious if anyone else switched the color of theirs, besides Chad. They should be here any day now. :)

I used the amber bulbs but painted them with white so they didn't show through, but worked properly

cool i have blue ones in mine to match my headlights, i was going to get red headlights and stuff but then id have to change my fogs, change the big turn signal bulbs in the front, my highs, and everything so yah i just went blue but red is cool, only thing is if your local authorities are real strict they may not like you having red in the front, but where i live they didnt care because i had a friend with an explorer and he used red.

well what about the blue turn lights?!?? they dont care there??? cuz here in FL its AMBER/RED and AMBER In front only. no red any where but brake lights.

We call the cops around here in Walker" Walker stalkers". but I have to admit, they aren't THAT bright... I've seen some messed up colors on cars around here I should be ok. most of the cops are too lazy to pull you over for that. When I get my windows tinted... THAT will be another story.

hahahha these are things ill be bustin kids for here in South FL.... :) we have so many little wanna be punks in Boca Raton, they think they are god and no one can touch them..... HA! ill show them!!

Wow........you're a cop nice job I guess... I think I was looking for advice about my lights, I don't remember opening up a bragging thread. But thanks anyways... I'll be doing my lights no matter what. :twisted:

Quick solution...

Upgrade your headlamps (lows) to Silverstar or CoolBlues and install stock clear turn signals...no paint required.

On my car (as seen below) the turn signals are clear bulbs, but in comparision to the headlights, they look amber"ish". It was less risky then painting a bulb.

Oh and Mel, good job on the clear corners...they'll look good on white. ;)

I used amber and they don't show thru at all during the day(on ebay clear corners)...looks good at night too...not a huge difference though.
