Hey OlBlueEyesBonne.
I haven't seen any posts from you lately. Maybe you're too busy or away for work, but anyway. When you come back take a look at this:

It will make you feel a little proud about your new car.

Yeah, I haven't really been on here in the past 48 hrs -I got in BIG trouble -REALLY BIG SERIOUS trouble. :spanka: Melissa is really upset with me and I'm trying to make amends with her.  I just hope she understands how much I could rewind and do Mardi Gras in a way different manner. :(

Thanks Ireli. That ad is SCHAAWEEET! Where did you find it? I'd like to get a couple this summer at car shows and frame them. I already found on in my old Car & Driver magazine's but it's not quite as nice as yours ^^^^.
This Park Ave is AWESOME.
Yeah, it might be too casual looking for some, too grandma'ish to others, but for me it fit's the bill so well. I've wanted a Park Avenue ever since my parents bought their first one, a 1992 Park Avenue Ultra back in 1999. The ride in these cars is incredibly soft and with mine have the F41 it handles surprisingly well (can't wait to do the Polyurethane end-links). The interior is very plush, and very well put together for a GM of the era (better than the Bonneville IMO), with many features that weren't available to the Bonneville until the 2000 SSEi (Homelink, English and Metric guage display with only one set of #'s on the guages, dual climate control, 4-wheel disc brakes, speakers in the rear doors as well as a tweeter in the center of the dash (9-speaker Monsoon stereo system) and a whole bunch of other goodies. I have the car at the shop for the tranny to get installed this weekend (got one with 82K) and I already picked up the heated seats, new keyless entry fobs (even though I'll be putting remote start in it), and a couple other little pieces that I found in better shape in salvage yard cars than what was on mine (floor mats -mine didn't come with any, and gold plated PARK AVENUE emblems for the rear quarters since the gold was yellowing and wearing off on mine, and a couple other pieces). I'll try to post some pics of the car next week after the tranny and seats are in it and the car is detailed. You will all drool -like I've been doing since the time I first saw the ad for it.

Might be joining you soon BlueEyes.
Test drove a Park Ave Ultra today. Plush!
Good bark on the exhaust note too. :D
