Not just converting it to .ai it has to be rendered then made into vectors its not something I will even get to tonight john so no rush

but if I leave it open in PS it will be on my desk.. I have just gotten my hands on another truck for the morning ( I have 2 Bentley'* to move to Toronto ) 800 miles round trip

Way Too sloppy anyway. not meaning to be critical but I really have to insist you guys understand the quality this has to be to work. The .ai image is 1.5 MB. And must retain that qualtiy in a form that fits a 6 inch width Limit. I'm not going to have him cut junk. We are limited to one color. they can be made ina wide variety of colors or even "etched glass" looking vinyl. But the design has to be one color.

John 6 inch wide ??? or Height ??

considering the windshield is wider then 6 Inch

I meant high. Most states have a 6 Inch height limit on the front windshield. I don't see the piston being workable with that and getting a decent length. A rear windshield one could be made as well with the piston and I could get prices for each
