Default remote FOB question

I just bought an '02 Park Avenue Ultra that didn't come with any factory remote FOBs. Once I buy the FOBs, can I program them myself, and if so, what'* the procedure?

As an aside, do any of you know if the remote for a '99 Bonnevile will work with an '00+ Park Avenue? I'm guessing that it won't, but I haven't seen the OEM remote for an '00+ Park Avenue yet, and I'll be looking to buy 2 remotes for my '02 Ultra sometime soon.

Thanks.

I believe they have to be programmed by the dealer.

I'm interested if they can be programmed to work with my '02 Park Ave.
What'* the number on the back of each of the remotes that you have?
Thanks.
