Default Pulling the motor

Ahh... my project is underway. (See Perf and Brain for the Booster Seat thread)

Started about two hours ago. All that is left is
Torque axis bolts
Rear exhaust bolts
Torque converter to flexplate/flywheel bolts
Transmission bolts.

Now..I have everything else off/out that needs to be done. The rear hiddien transmission bolt is out. One of the front bolts (to find size for engine stand bolts) is out. Fluids are drained and I'm rocking and rolling.

I figure in about two more hours or less..It'll be on the stand.

Just curious, Did you take the hood off to pull the motor or are you going to cherry picker it out of there with the hood on the car?

(Just wondering if there'* enough clearance to do that when my turn comes.)

hhahaa i asked him the same thing

pulled w/o removing the hood....he dosent want to mess up the Body/Hood alingment

You can undo the hood support shocks and push it up another couple inches. Poof.. it'* out.
