Default Need paint code

I want to get a can of pre mixed spray paint to my exact color code so i can paint the very bottom part of my front bumper...the part that hangs down closest to the hwy is chipped to hell so i want to sand it down and coat it with spray paint..if this is possibl hehe as u can tell im on a bit of a budget.............i heard that there is a sticker in the truck for the paint code...i looked no sticker to be found............and also i want to get a small bottle of touch up paint for the rock chips on my hood, thaks

Really...the sticker should be on the spare tire cover. :? What color is your car? If anything else, go to Pepboys or another store and look up the year of your car in the paint catalog, and go through the list of colors. You can probably figure out what it is. It'll tell you the spray can # and the touch up bottle #.

Yes! Check it! It should be the last code I think. Maybe starts with a "W". At least mine did.

Yup, mine was WA 9806. But they didn't have it in a spray can. I had to get it mixed. But I found it later to be a 1998-2000 Chrysler color.

well im hoping mine is still a pontiac color...im gunna check canadian tire tomorrow, as far as sanding out some rust spots on my rear panels and painting the sanded part over with the spray paint how good will it look and for how long..?

If you get rid of all the rust and sand the paint smooth and use some rubbing compound on it, it will look and stay good for a good amount of time. Of course use some primer too.
