My grandpa was freaking awsome!
Ok, so as most know, my bonneville was my grandpa's since new. In 2002, my grandpa died from stomache cancer, along with other medical complications. He kept all original records, factory brochures, etc... Well, my grandma was going through some old paperwork, etc. in a closet and came across this:

Ah, more things to go with my growing Bonnevillia artifacts :D |
Think you could blow that up? I can't see it!

and which got the top rank???
bonneville i hope  |
I can't believe they expected better reliability out of the junko chrysler LH bodies than the Bonne. Total garbage car if you tell me. Crappy trans, 3.5 blew head gaskets, 3.3 was just damn slow, and they were uglier than hell on the inside.

I think my compass is just fine! And poor fuel economy.. riiiight.

I know we shouldn't do this to a Bonneville.... But I know I could easily tow 2000 Lbs with the SE or the LE and not worry about it...
Would the LHS have even been able to move with that much weight behind it? And thats a good find John.... I have a couple of those somewhere with Bonnie info...lol __________________ Best Car Insurance | Auto Protection Today | FREE Trade-In Quote |

A friend of mine told me his uncle worked for Chrysler as and engineer, on the LHS. The car got its name because around Chrysler it was known as the "Last Hope Series" Chrysler was having a lot of trouble at the time and needed a good one to save them.
