thanks. i decided 6 tweeters. but my 5 1/4 speakers i got out of the97 sse blew Bose.

Bose is stock on some models... SSE and SSEi I believe. My SLE has the standard sound system, which is still pretty good IMO.

The bose system in the aurora is of a higher quality for sure compared to the Bonneville. They sound great stock. I wouldn't change it either. Now my old concert sound II that my car came with... now that'* a whole other story.
