That would work perfect with a */c SE and put the turbos where the foglights are

Sure, but you can easily relocate the turbochargers. In fact, if you really couldn't move them around, you'd have the intercooler hanging too low. Not trying to pick on you or anything, and if it really were a solid, standalone kit, I'd get an SE front bumper just to do that.
