Is this a good deal? DO you think you wold notice any difference?

i think you will notice a difference over stock but 45$ each is pretty expensive. last time i checked summit i think they where only 35$ each there and they give free shipping!!

From what I understand, this is a knock-off MSD product.


coil are similar in performance to the line of MSD Blaster-2 Coils.

Or is it just the way they wrote it??

I guess it is supposed to give you a small gain in power. However, stock coils provide PLENTY of spark. Some of the fastest 3800 powered cars use stock coils.

yes the 97+ coils are supposed to be hotter than the pre 96

These coils will give slightly better mid-range pull on anything BUT 97+ SSEi's and GTP's. And those coils can be bought elsewhere for cheaper.

To tell you the truth, there isnt a real big difference, i cant even notice it, but they do look good next to my optima red top!
