Weight Info and 0-60
O.K. this is to be taken with a grain of salt. I question this source greatly. These 3 links show weights and 0-60 times for 3 cars and goes as follows:

Acceleration (0-60 mph): 7.4 sec.
Not tooo shabby for a 3700 lb car(although I personally think it is a little faster than that)!!!

Yea, but the reason I question it is the LSS is an h- body. So how can it weigh almost 200lbs less!?! If its true, then thats cool i'm almost as light as a GTP. It just always confused me why Bonny owners say their cars weigh 3700lbs when my LSS only weighs 3500lbs. :?

You sure the LSS didn't have ELC and such? I remember seeing air shocks on a dead 88-91 Olds equivalent in the junkyard, so newer models not having it would slightly surprise me. And, being the top dog LSS, I'd be surprised if it didn't have power seats. Power seats are heavy, regardless

Yup, the LSS has more standard options as I suspected. It makes sense, Oldsmobile and Buick are/were the conservative luxury brands of GM. Pontiac is more of the "extreme" sporty brand. The bonneville combines both sportiness with luxury at the same time (as far as the lower brands of GM go anyway. They reserve the best for cadillac.

Ok.... I'm going to have to take those #* with a big grain of salt.
7.4s for a 0-60.... is anyone thinking that'* really really high?
Maybe for the NA, but an SC.... should be more like 6.5s

It yields the 0-60 time to be 6.2seconds.... give that a 1/3 of a second for error, and you're still only at 6.5seconds.
The times for that 99SSEi are slower then my 97SSEi, which I ran stock.
Sorry to say my timeslips do not provide me with any 1/8 data. :(
