Alright Folks...
I need struts for my car, big time. No word of a lie, they are about done. The car is like bouncy bouncy all over the place, and its annoying, cause i want WAY better handling than that.
I have heard alot of good things about Monroe Reflex struts, YET every place around here does not carry them.
I would like some feedback from people on there experiences with various brands of struts..as it stands, the best that ive read about are the Reflexes...

Let me know which way you go matt, if you like the ones you get i'll get the same, if not, I'll go for something else.

The rear of the Malibu is really sagging ( doesn't help with the weight I have in it all the time , books and stuff for work), so I was looking to find cargo coils, but no one carries them.
I was also going to change the rear struts for now then the front, since they have to be removed to change the coils and they have over 160,000kms on the OEM ones. I was looking at getting the Monroe Sensatrac since they have a great warranty and are one of the best ones. I just compared the reflex to the Sensatrac and this is what I found.
So I guess you could use the Sensatrac, or order in the Reflex struts. Have you tried Crappy Tire for them??

Note: Both the Monroe Sensatrac and the Monroe Reflex are a similar design, a twin-tube low pressure unit. The Sensatrac is Monroe'* older design, the Reflex uses more modern technology to do the same thing as a Sensatrac. Since the Reflex is a newer product, we will list those in our Online catalog by default to give a Customer the best and latest Monroe products. In cases where a Reflex is not available, we will list the Sensatrac product.

Posts like a Ricer Type-R
Sensatraks would be #2 in my book from my research. Even new OEM struts would make you very happy at this point, and sensatraks are a step above. Unless you want to shell out the cash for KYB'* (which are identical in performance to the Reflexes).
Kennginn may still have some reflexes. If he does, at LEAST get those for the rear.

I priced out sensetrac struts, nice thing is, everyone stocks them around here and can install them at the same time. Are KYBs that much more?

By the look of it Sensatrac is more than KYB price wise. The reflex is the same as the Sensatrac but has newer technology in them, so the new name for Sensatrac will be Reflex.
I was reading ( and showed Matt) that
AND
And by the look of it we both want something that is stiffer than OEM.
I know that KYB does offer stiffer valving which may be what we both want.
I also need to find better rear coils, this is one time that I don't like the coil over strut design ( cause I can put air bags in the coils).
EDIT: I liked the ride in your car Seth, I had a long time to see if I liked it or not, lol. But I guess the lowered coils do make a difference too on the ride.
I was reading ( and showed Matt) that
Sensatracs are designed to be used when a soft / medium valving and not handling is a primary concern. Perfect for average daily use
The Reflex design also has a soft, light valving for average daily use and driving
