does it only cover the S2? :? Edit: just noticed it says for S2, but can it be adapted to older gens?

and whats up with that? why does your alternator LOSE voltage at WOT? I would think it would be the other way around

What about a smaller Alternator pulley?

As far as I can tell the PCM regulates the output of the alt because I have never noticed an increase in voltage with the engine reving.

A smaller pulley and beefed up internals will increase current, not voltage. I know. I have one built like that (160 amp output).

The only way to modify voltage is to modify the voltage regulator in the alt or with Casper'* product. But don't expect a performance gain. Again, this is one of those things designed for the guy who'* trying to push from 12.005 on the quarter mile to 11.995.

It looks cool frrm a geeks standpoint. If I could get a sloid 14.9V continously, I'd be all set

My running voltage ranges from 14.5 - 14.8 v

If yours doesn't you may be a candidate for that gismo.
I notice it only boosts when the throttle position is 70% or higher, so it won't help you when you are idling or cruising around town.

Don't run in it in an 00+ Bonine, I tried it and the car cries about overvoltage from the alternator.
