Default L67 questions / N* TB Q.

1. Is there a gasket or O-ring on the lower intake manifold behind the 2 yellow O-Rings? Looks like there could be but I don't have one in my ZZP gasket kit.

2. Is there gasket between the N* TB and the adapter plate? There is a built in gasket in the TB but wasn't sure.

3. HOW THE HELL DO I GET MY ALTERNATOR APART? I can see how it should come apart but it is being a pain in the ***.

4. Anyone know the various sizes for the vacuum lines. GM wants a little much or them and discontinued some of them.

Thanks

-Lee

what are you drivin? I may be able to help if I knew.'
You could add your ride details (Year Make Model Trim) to your signature. Just click on UserCp at top of page then click "Edit Signature" Then we all know what vehicle you need help with.

I didn't put an extra asket in because there is one on the TB but I did put one between the adapter and SC

I made my own vaccuum lines from the generic kit at autozone and made connectors out of flexible rubber tubing

Well Lee.. I've been there and done that.

Swapped engines
Topswapped engines
L67 swaps
Cam swaps
Head swaps
Full trans rebuild with all seals, clutches, bushings etc.
Oil pan swaps (to newer)
Installed every brand of headers on the market
Fuel line upgrades
etc etc.

Right now there'* an MP112 GP that I'm finishing up, sitting in my driveway. I think I've done nearly everything H and W body related over the last 5 years. My buddy the mechanic calls me to diagnose 3800 cars when he gets them.

Has anyone else had a problem with the N* throttle bracket? I had to jam the piece on the end of the cable into the plastic piece on the TB and the plastic piece even hit the ZZP N* bracket, I had to make it shorter so the cables would reach and trim the bottom so I could get to past 40% throttle
