I have goten all of mine off eBay, give me a few minutes and I can find that seller...
[edit] found him, not sure what he has right now but http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/jcaddyjack/ is the guy i have dealt with, hes great, you can trade your broken one for a new one and you can get a discount...

otherwise I think GM would still sell replacements but it probably costs more :?

I am also looking for one. I found some Hong Kong ones on Ebay but I don't trust those.

Go to a wrecker.

Get one from a 98 or 99 (as new as possibly practical).

Drill out the rivets.

Scrape all the old grease out.

Re-grease with white lithium grease or Magnalube.

Put machine screws and nuts in to replace drilled rivets.

20 years of good service life will follow if you also clean and lube the telescoping section at least twice a year.

this is a edit. i looked at my anteena in the trunk of the car. i saw on here that it was mentioned that i had to drill out the three rivets in order to do a replacement. but i dont see the rivets that are being spoke of. the only thing i see that is connected to the antenna motor is a bracket that bolts to the wheel well of the back tire am i missing it or something?
