Just a few questions

I have a few silly question. 1st Wheres the PCV Valve? 2nd Wheres the Thermostat? 3rd Does anyone have any recomendations on spark plugs? :?
Ive starred at this damn engine for hours trying to learn it and these are a few things i cannot locate. its a 99 with the N/A 3800 series 2.

According to Chilton:
PCV valve is underneath the MAP sensor. Look at the passenger side of the upper intake. You will see a pair of wires coming out of a plug. The PCV should be under there somewhere.
Thermostat is in the housing where the upper rad hose goes to the engine on the driver'* side.
Stick with the stock plugs, unless you plan on serious mods. DO NOT USE BOSCH PLUGS, they can screw up our motors for some reason, ACDelco is the way to go.

thanks, im gonna look for this stuff in the morning 
yea i agree about the bosch on my 2000 alero the +4'* caused a really bad misfire in the 2.4L engine.

The 3800 really likes the NGK TR55 plugs, too! I run them in my car and haven't had one issue. The throttle response is much better than what I was getting out of the stockers.

thanks, im taking your advice. I went out and bought the NGK spark plugs today, they should give a nice spark.
