Sorry i had to...
Dont waste your money. Just do a Tune up and maybe a O2 Sensor, that should help if your having problems.

Heck, I got some dryer exhaust tubing out in the garage. I can make up about a dozen of them!! I'll be siphoning gas out of my car by the end of the week!!

I made my own out of aluminum platting.
Im reall crafty , and i think it works.
The engine runs better and i use the acclerator a little less when picking up speed after stopping

If I were you, I'd take it out. Depending on what year you have, the MAF screen will cancel it out, so you really wouldn't feel anything. Unless you have an old old old Bonneville, but even with that, you're still only seeing at best 1 or 2 horsepower. Not wanting to rain on your parade, just wanted to let you know
