What weight of oil did you use? The viscosity and not the blend would be more the problem.

The 0 weight oil is a bit thinner, but weather it killed your bearings is hard to say. It'* more likely the thin oil flushed out deposits. Using a thicker oil may help. What is your oil pressure?

Change your oil and filter right away. It might be okay, but, you won't know until you change the oil and filter.

ok bc i only put like 50 miles on it since the change, so shud i go back to normal oil opposed to synthetic, and shud i go back to 5w-30? and the pressure seems to be stable, so the earlier the change the better
