The hood scoop was formed by wrapping fibreglass around a waxed covered cardboard mold. The original bumper was first wrapped with aluminum sheeting and waxed covered cardboard, covered with fibreglass then finished with body filler.

Guys, remember a 13 year old designed the mods and a 16 year helped build them. I say hats off to those boys for originality and creative design. It may not be something I'd drive down main street but they are probabably pretty proud of that creation, and if they were my boys I'd be proud too knowing they chose a Bonny to soup up!

All the customization design was done by my 13 year old son Brandon, and was fabricated by my 16 year old son Shawn, my brother-in-law Ray, and myself.
