ANOTHER day at the wrecker. 2nd DAY! MORE PICS!
Forgot some parts on my list (front and rear door sill trim), so I went back to the wrecker and made a gruesome discovery:
Yes, folks. This is an SSEi.
And found ANOTHER 40th Anniversary 1997 SE. I didn't grab these badges, as the quarter panels on this body are pristine:
This is the 40th Anniversary 97 SE that I got the badges from a couple weeks ago:
The 95 SSEi I got most of my parts from a couple weeks ago, and today also:
And my booty from this car:
And the cobra shifter from it:
The shifter cleaned up nicely. Factory new looking, and the second batch of leather conditioner is soaking in. I love my T handle, but I figured I'd give the Cobra a try since it was available (and only cost me 5 bucks because it looked so nasty).

It was missing a chunk. I should have shot that one, too. I also didn't take pics of the 92 SSE that got nailed front and rear. White, of course.

I can NEVER find them. But I've found 5 at this one wrecker, and the office only knew they had 3 of them. All of them compatatively rare cars, too. The only 2 SE'* are both 40th Anniversary 97'*, and then 2 SSEi'* and an SSE.

Either way your car will look GREAT -pics DO NOT do your car justice Walter. Seeing your car in person is like seeing one of them coming off the showroom floor. That thing practically belongs on a pedestal for all to see. You definitaly have set the benchmark for all of us other BC'ers.
