i Got Hit!
 

Well the bonneville got into a little accident last night!
Thank god it wasnt my fault...
Well i was at the street races in hartford (only spectating of course) and everyone was leaving the gas station and going up this hill when two mustangs hit in front of me and i hit my brakes and stop behind them. then i look in my mirror and see this car flying behind me and smash. I get hit from behind then i smash into the mustang in front of me. The guy in the mustang comes to my window and asks if im okay and i say yea. and then he took off!
Myself and my 3 friends all get out and look at my car, the bumper is kinda hurt, and my trunk is wobbly and offline pretty bad. My hood was already hit but theres def more damage now. We take a look at the other car which was an 04 honda civic, and its entire front end is smashed. Hood, lights, and fender are all pushed halfway up the front end. We exchanged info and hopefully ill collect some $$$, The Bonne will just need a new hood and i nice clay bar to take the marks out.
And im looking at a 97 GTP :twisted: for cheap. If everything works out well, there will be a new car in my driveway!! :D

That's good you and your family are ok. Those damn Civic drivers are always hitting someone elses shit :evil: :evil: ! There's another accident thread involving a Civic. But notice how the bonneville has very little damage compared to the civic. :lol: :lol:

Glad you are ok, but it is funny how much worse the Civic is than your Bonnie. Hope everything works out for you.

Silver are also very dangerous, they just blend in with everything too easily between the sky, road, buildings etc.. White and silver are always at the top of studies based on color and accidents, etc..

Sorry to hear it. As I posted, my car is also going to need a bit of body work.

It sure does help to have the Bonneville's safety factors on your side though. Did you file a police report?

In my case, even though it was a parking lot event with no witnesses, the insurance company is insisting we file a police report. It seems to me like a waste of tax-payer's money just to save the insurance company some money, but there's not much cure for it, I guess.

the cops just drove by staring at us, i hate the pigs (sorry to any cops out there)
everything is working out pretty well with this, im going to the insurance place saturday and they are gonna cut me a check for w.e. the damage costs. ill most likely just replace the hood tho, the bumper isnt too bad. Hopefully ill have a nice amount of $$ in the bank and ill be able to buy this grand prix im looking at.

and some other stuff. The girl just gave it to my friends dad because she put alomst 2 grand into it and it kept breaking down, it needs a tranny but he will most likely just charge me for that and i can get it for 1200ish!!

and the bonneville is also a very safe car, there was no serious injuries to my friends but they are complainng about thier necks and one his leg, so who knows. ill keep everyone updated once i get the insurance cash
