How would you be able to take off?
 

Hey everyone, I might be selling my Bonneville Se ( most likely trading it in ) and I figured since the tails are tinted I might want to take off the VHT so they don't take money off of the value cause of it..

So I was wondering what can I do to take it off?

Or is it not worth it since the tails are clear anyway?

I wouldn't even worry about it. The tinted tails won't add anything to the sale value of the car.
Unless you're thinking of selling the tails, in which case, just grab some from the JY.

Tinted tails won't value or devalue your car whatsoever unless the quality of the job is shitty.

What might we be trading it in on?

While this is ever so true, if they happen to stumble upon a brand new 16 year old driver, there are used car salesmen that might highlight that as an 'aftermarket feature'. Not that I'm sure it will make a sway in the price, I think the 16 year old's decision may be swayed by the tint. Then again, a 60 year old couple may pick it up as their sunday driver and not give a damn about the tint, and would rather not have it lol.

Either way, I say don't worry about it.
