how many Bonnie's in your area?

I counted 7 yesterday in 2 hours:

(1) 92-95 SE
(2) 96-99 SSEi's
(1) 00+ SE
(1) 00+ SSEi
(2) 87-91 SSEs

Then today I saw the same 00+ SE and a green 92-95 SSEi. I also know there are 2 identical 96-99 SEs, a 00+ SE for sale in a dealer, my cousin has a 93 SLE (optioned exactly like mine but w/o the N10 and purple pearl), my other cousin has a 91 SSE, and one of my friends has an 87 LE. Wow, lotta Bonnies, none really in that good of shape. Mine is in the best shape of any of the 95 and down cars around here.

DarkShadow 05-19-2006 09:19 PM

too many to count. really. 8)

ga93sle 05-19-2006 09:21 PM

Oh, and another of my friend's mom has a white 03 SLE.

BillBoost37 05-19-2006 09:22 PM

I lost count over 100...Alien had lost count after he ran outta fingers and toes.

He's running out of cards.

all SLE's had the N10 you cousion must have a replacement muffy on it

Lots! its a very common car in general. I do see a lot more 92-95s though. SSEi of the 96-99 vintage is a rare find.

Well, I'm guessing her's is an SLE. She said it's a 93, it has SE grille, but it has crosslaces and leather. I know it doesn't have N10, and I'm not sure if the muffler is replacement.

GAMEOVER 05-19-2006 09:26 PM

Green 92-95 SE
White 92-95 SE with chrome torque stars
Blue 92-95 SLE with chrome torque stars
Blue 92-95 SLE with older STS wheels
Green 96-99 SE with american racing 10 spoke
Black 00-04 SLE 5 spoke twisted chromies
Blue 00-04 SSEi with swoopies

thats all I know of locally

MACDRIVE 05-20-2006 02:43 AM

The 2000-2005 models are scarce. I have not seen more than five total ever. That would be good news for a Bonneville owner who wants to remain exclusive but, bad news for the guy in the future who will be scouring the salvage yards for parts.

captainmiller 05-20-2006 02:51 AM

Winnipeg, Manitoba

Pop: ~700,000
Bonnevilles: Assloads.

Reason there is only 1 active member from WInnipeg on these boards?

Because everyone who drives a 'ville here is either 80 years old or a middle aged mother/father who doesn't give a crap about the family car.

93-SSE 05-20-2006 09:37 AM

well there is a few bonnevilles '92 plus....there is two i want to card but i cannot seem to find them, one is a guy who just got out of high school, he has a white '93 SSE, i saw it at school last year, his car wasn't in great shape, but i do know he was working on it.....the other is a White '92-'95 SSEi, im pretty sure it goes to our rival high school....

but to give out an amount, lets say i probaly see one or two a day....

toastedoats 05-20-2006 10:32 AM

theres a few.

SSEimatt93 05-20-2006 05:57 PM

92 Black on black SSEi down the road from me, across from him is a 2000 Black SSEi with caramel interior.
A few SE's around my area too. No other Bonnevilles in my Color around Red Deer at all, however, a fair ammount of green ones.

Gumball 05-20-2006 09:04 PM

Not many at all that I see. there was a white 00+ ei near me and always ment to card him. But I dont see it anymore.
funny thing is when I drive to the next town over, Braintree Ma. I see i chit load of them.
but im usually driving to my Brothers house.

Boreas 05-21-2006 12:09 AM

Its funny because a year or so ago I thought they were pretty rare. All of a sudden I am noticing a TON of them just about everywhere. I can only point out one locally since I saw him two times in Barrington. As for the rest, well I see a new one everyday. And it seems that the old ones with ether the Red or Gold paint get the best treatment and are absolutely spottless while the other colors tend to be run down, beat up, and just generally not that well taken care of. Occassionally you will see one of the other colored cars in spotless condition. I guess people who perceve a car based on its color just treats it a certain way, red is assocated with a sports car so it gets the special treatment.

The Red/Gold are very hard to find and when they are found they are PRISTINE. Im talking about the 95 and older ones.

GreenMachine98 05-21-2006 04:43 AM

4 but for some reason there is a ton of Buick Park Aves running around here...
