The Prestone (or other brands) Flush and FIll Kit will get rid of virtually all of it.

You install it in the heater hose, connect a garden hose and flush the system that way

If you haven't pulled the knock sensors, a lot of water will remain in the block and the heater core, so, in order to end up with a 50/50 mix, you will want to calculate how much pure coolant to add, and put that in first when filling.

Also, before you do the reverse flush with the garden hose and the radiator cap off, remove the thermostat from the engine. This will allow the coolant to be circulated through the entire system with the cold water from the garden hose. Periodically, say once every five minutes, starting the car and allowing it to run for 30 seconds will stir things up, but without a thermostat in there, I would not advise running any longer. If you let it run too long while pumping in cold water, you might creating too much of a temperature difference around the hot combustion chambers and end up cracking a head.

I think he means this stuff. Which really is great stuff, it has kept my car perfectly cool on the HOTTEST summer days IN TRAFFIC.
DEX Compatible. But doesn't have the destructive effects of Dex.

Moved to general as changing coolant can apply to all years, regardless of the reason why you wish to change it or with what kind...
