The 1993 owner's manual, available in PDF form from... um... someplace on the GM website, I think (we had the URL around here somewhere, and I downloaded my own copy of the file) has a photo of it at the beginning of Chapter 6 (page 221), if that helps at all.
Worst case scenario: I can email the PDF file to you. It's not a very big photo, though, plus the page itself is a scan.
