Good price, but I don't see how you can say it looks mint from just one low res black and white profile picture.

Jim W 12-18-2005 06:26 PM

That price seems to be bang on, I paid $4500 for my 94.

SSEimatt93 12-18-2005 06:31 PM

yeah the price is about right.
I will see how long it sits on there lot for
hehehe..thats always the best, when they get desperate to get rid of it.

Its not red...so won't it be slower than your current car (when it gets put back together)

brianj 12-18-2005 10:59 PM

That price seems very high. I have 1 94 SSEi mint shape with 242k and couldn't get even $2500 CDN for it. I kept it and gave it to my daughter for her 19th. That car shouldn't fetch more than $3000 no matter what shape or mileage. You guys are too generous (and Bonneville crazy) top pay big bucks like that for an old car (11 years old!).

Boreas 12-19-2005 12:32 AM

Heh, im trying to haggle a 93 SSEi for $1500, original asking price is $2000 but its got 185,000 miles.

egladman 12-19-2005 01:30 AM

I paid $2600 for my 94 SSEi and it only had 137K on it

driverjohn2005 12-19-2005 01:36 AM

that photo just about looks like it's in black and white. But I can see the front corner light's amber reflectors  8)

Brian...I think condition and maintenance can factor in price.

I can get a 97 Bonne in mint condition for about $5K US or I can get a 97 needing $2k US by a mechanic for $3K US.

And once in a while you can find a great deal...

I agree Bill, I just think after owning a 94 and watching the market here in Ontario that a price of $5k is high. Even if the car is good to go it will probably require $500-1000 to get it road worthy. All mine needs (with 242Kms) is rear drums and pads and muffler. Everything on my car is mint (hey I'm a bonneville nut what do ya expect), you can eat off the engine bay, no cracks or tears in the leather. I think $3000-3500 is more reasonable for that car. Maybe I should ship my car out west and sell it!!!! LOL

BillBoost37 12-19-2005 01:59 PM

I agree...i wasn't saying that one was good or bad.
