Default heater core repair

The car gets wet on the inside every time in rains or we wash the car. Took the dash off and see where the water is coming from. It is coming from the top of the heater core. The heater core was just replaced. I am wondering if they even put it on there right. Someone please help!!!!

If it'* leaking when its washed or when it rains, I don't think it'* the heater core itself. I'm not familiar with the hvac system on the bonne, but I suspect they moved something and it came unsealed. If the heater core were leaking, you'd smell coolant, and it would be more often than just when it rains or gets washed.

What year is your car? Trim level? Please add that information to your profile.

When we know what car you have (year and trim level) we'll move your topic to the right section.

In the meantime, if a shop did your work, it sounds like you have very clear grounds to have them fix it for you.
