Fresh kills.....radar invisible?
I've heard a couple stories about bonnies going by cops with radar and not getting nailed. Happened today. Zipping over to the coast over the coast range in Oregon today (imagine the fun roads) and negotiated a passing lane burn of a Northstar Seville and a newer prelude, came around a blind curve (that I know like the back of my hand) right into the clutches of the Lincoln County Sheriff using Pulse. Radar went nuts, but he never came for me. I only managed to bleed off about 5 mph before he probably had a return. Call it 85 in a 55. Is it related to the front profile of the car, and maybe all that plastic? My laser scattering licence covers are a help, but do nothing for radar. I slowed down expecting him to come for me and he never did. Would have been a $300+ ticket. I can buy alot of performance for 300.
Nailed another prelude on the way home....leaving a light side by side, cute chick layed on it. I spun 'em up and LURCHED past her like a stinkin' slingshot. I'll take the running start any time.

With all the wrecks our friends have been having, I may start re-thinking killing preludes. Kinda fun (and a little safer) just to pounce, show 'em taillights, then back off and laugh as they go by. That makes them radar bait, too! If they're serious, they'll pull over and set something up.....that gives you the opportunity to pick a safe environment to run 'em......and then blow their rice-paper doors apart.
