Default ?! Got a weird Bonnie for you guys...

96-99 SSE, bright RED! With red SSE badges.
I do not think it'* a repaint, as the C-pillars had buff-through spots in the clear coat, and the hood was open, the engine bay was matching bright red.

I didn't think the 96-99 offered bright red. Am I mistaken? could this be the real thing? Maybe a special-order factory paint job?

There was a member in 'zona that had one, his SN was 96AZSSEi IIRC

He bought an Aurora recently. His 96 was bright red from the factory!

I've seen a bright red 96-99 SE. It just don't look right!

Cool, I just want'ed to be sure it was the real thing. I think I kinda weirded the owners out. I saw it as I walked past it at a rest area. I did a huge double take, turned back and walked all the way around it while the owners were sitting in it. They left pretty quick...
