Default got a nice ol' dent on the bonne .. :(

to make a long story short...i was droppin off a girl at home and it was really really late at night...and she got out and her grandpa ( she lives with ) came running out with ashotgun and a baseball bat (i could barely see due to foggy windows ) ..and finally when i realized what he was doing i pegged the gas and tried to get away and the baseball bat clipped the lid of my trunk :( ..i don't know what to do. i talked to the girl and she said he won't pay for anything..and she said she'd try to pay for it herself ..somehow?? (shes unemployed , lol ) ..anywho , here'* the dent on the alien :(

..you guys think that could be bumped out, or does it need filled and resanded and painted.. ?

...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my baby!!!

hey man, just file on your insurance. Provide them with the mans name and address and what not. The insurance company will pay for the damages and then subrogate against him. Its that simple!! HE IS LIABLE for his actions and the girl is a witness!!!! Trust me, my mom works for a major insurance company. You will have to pay your ded. up front, but they will go after him and get it back for you. (Comprehensive) Read my post in here about the Scary Crap!!!! That dude is going to have my insurance company on his booty for a while!!!!!! I hate people who dont understand that ya aint supposed to hurt a bonnie!!!!!!!

I agree, let the authorities know what'* happened. Insurance should definately cover that unless you only have liability.

Dude, thats bites. Friggin grumpy old fart,My car was damaged too,on christmas eve,my f ather inlaw accidently dropped a small tree on my car,he was chopping down an old dead tree and a domino effect whacked the tree close to my car :( it cracked one side of my rear spoiler and theyre are scratches on the trunk,Sad thing is I put the car out at his place to save money instead of paying for storage and it turns out im gonna have to probably replace the spoiler and touch up the trunk.Im not going to ask him for money since he was nice enough to let me park my car there and it was an honest mistake. I swear ,every time i try to save a few bucks something goes wrong, anyways good luck on fixing your baby.
