Default roller lifters

does the L67 for 2000 and up have factory roller lifters? If so what type of pushrods are being used with the new 3RD Gen 1.9 ratio rockers :?: I realize this must have been covered but can't find where.

You should have roller lifters, dimple rods, and roller-fulcrum rockers.

I heard it is advised to upgrade to better pushrods if you are going to go with the 1.9'*. I think the oil-restricted pushrods are recommended.
