Gaps for plugs on sc bonnie
I need some advice from those of you in the know. I understand that going one heat range colder will help my car from misfiring do to heat. However, I have learned that with a smaller pulley there is more pressure which causes the spark to bow and with too much pressure can either cause the spark to go out, or ground out. What is the proper gap for the ac-delco 41-932's I bought for me since I'm installing a 3.5" pulley? I'm under the impression that I'll need to go to a lesser gap than my stock plugs had to keep the spark from excessive bowing. Are the plugs I got pre gapped to this smaller ammount or do I need to regap them to smaller specs? If so what should they be gapped to to minimize bowing?

Installed a 3.4 pulley last week with copper plugs 1 heat range cooler. Gapped at factory spec .060. (Intense did the install).

You think that factory specs don't change concerning the gap when adding more pressure?

3800performance.com suggest .055-.057" for the NGK TR55 and TR6. I dunno why.

i asked ac-delco via-e-mail what the gaps should be for their 41-932's as well as if I should gap them any closer since the pressure will be higher with the smaller pulley. i don't know when and if they'll answer, but figured it's worth a try. The NDK site is so much more informative. If anyone know the answer to my questions I'd be grateful if they could tell me.
