All the Aussie Caminos I have seen were right side driver. So if originated in Australia, how did it become left wheel drive....

While working in PA, I've noticed a lot of privately owned Jeeps that deliver rural mail have steering wheels on the right. Come to find out, there are retro kits for Jeeps to convert over to right hand side. I'm sure this is the case here.

"While working in PA"

Where were you working in PA? Was it the shale industry? If so- what is the bottom line with that industry? I see a lot of people trying to rent rooms/ housing to the shale workers on Craigslist.

Yes, I worked for Chesapeake Energy in the Marcellus Shale area.

Mostly in Bradford County. But we have gone as far out as Susquehanna, Wyoming, Sullivan, Lycoming and Tioga counties.

Bottom line is, 5 years ago, you couldn't go anywhere in those counties without seeing a water truck. Now, everyone has moved out and is working elsewhere. The gas boom in Northern PA has dwindled down to nothing. Which is another reason I got out of it. Well, besides the 80+ hours in 6 days.
