Default Strut Replacement?

I am looking into replace struts on my car. I have been on fence wether to replace them or to get another newer bonneville. But I have decide to keep the car main reason at least for now runs pretty good, get decent mpg 27-29,I love the color of the car inside and out. The body for the most part is decent shape. What type struts are good? My car doesn't have auto leveling. The suspion has looks like it all orinigal. Should I replace the mounts at the same time. The rubber on them seem to in good shape. Every thing else on the suspionsion seems to be in good shape. The other thing I am going to be doing soon is replace the coils pack, i had post awhile back with problem for the most part I have no problem, but every so often it seem to have slight missfire(doesn't even occur 1 a day ). So I am going to just replace a 3. I am was thinking about putting msd on,but after talk to neighbor that has covette with the crap mod out of it(says it has 470hp and has turbo among other upgrades). I am think of just put in oem grade equipmint

I was extremely happy with my KYB struts on my 94SLE. And YES, replace the struct mounts at the same time. It may save having to replace them later and paying for a second 4-wheel alignment.

I have never had to replace a coil pack yet, but believe and have read here that AC Delco is the only way ot go.

Well, Bill, I would have given the link except he said he does not have ELC. So, I decided to share my experience with the KYBs on my 94 SE.

Master, there is good information about struts in the link well worth reading

yeah was actual looking at the link before. And yes it has does have lot of good option. I was think about the 2nd and 3rd options. advance auto parts ie strore that is closeset to my house carry both option. The advantage if buy from them is they will take old strut out spring and remount and compress it. I am think this good idea those spring scare me a little. I had bad exprence with them on my old corsica(which the both front mounts failed on the highway).I don't think the hood of that car was made to support the car. So that means all have to do is take them off which I believe is total of 6 or 8 bolts that have to come off. I am might end waiting until spring chad vollmer from chat that I had with him said he was thinking of getting a car lift installed at his hom,but really it will depend on money I probably looking at about $320 for struts at about $60 for mounts. As for my coil maybe it though isn't problem afte the rear bank driver side clyinder delco plug looked like it was messed up. The Gap was really big. I just replaced it. Not sure how that happened that rest were fine. The good news they looked very clean. Their about 13,000 miles on the spark plugs. Took the car out for the spin didn't really seem make huge difference of course the motor sounded really smooth
