Default Might join your Bonneville Family!

I right now have a 1988 Buick LeSabre, but for my second car I am thinking of getting either a Regal, or a Bonneville. I'm leaning towards the Bonneville though. I am looking for probably a 1994, or a 1995 SE, or SSE. I will have around $4,000~$4,750 to spend. Do you think it is possible to find a bonneville in that year for that much money? I just need to get something since my lesabre is getting quite old (15 years) and has over 145,000 miles on it. I appreciate your oppinions.

BTW, this will be my family'* 3rd current Bonneville if I do get one.
92 SE
95 SSE
I might just have to switch car clubs. My current board I am a member to is www.lesabret.com . I have over 1,000 posts on that site.

The only Parisienne sold in the US was the 86-91 full size RWD. This monster was a clone of the Caprice. When the Bonneville was horribly misguided into the Malibu body style from the Impala right before it'* removal from the market, they classed it up a bit and called it Parisienne, which, as my friends in the Great White North will remember, was what GM called the Bonneville for many years since 1961 in Canada.

What you had Rat, if my research into Pontiac'* database (hack) is correct, was an upscaled 86 P6000. GM had quite a few of these left over in the US when they introduced the Bonnie in 87, so they stuffed the 3.8 SFI into them, and sold some of them to fleets here in the US and the rest of them up there as 87 Parisiennes, when in reality they were 86 P6000s. This was quite a common occurrance with GM. They did the same thing with Chevy'* Lumina when they replaced it with the new Impala and Monte Carlo. It is STILL being produced and sold to fleets and in Mexico as Lumina here and Caprice in Mexico.
