These are real Right?!? Why so cheap
HID headlights WITH BALLISTS. for $40. $50 with shipping. but they are for low beams it says.

That is a normal price on ebay but that looks like a generic set. If I were you I'd get HIDs off of ddm tuning. Everyone seems to have a good experience with them and good quality.

can someone point me in the right direction![B][/B]
Im looking on ddmtuning.com for a BRIGHT (8000k or so) Highbeam and low beam HID kit for my 1992 Bonneville SE. but there are so many options. Raptors, slim ballast HID kits, ect.
I want as bright as possible but cheap. What is my best choice for Highbeams? Lowbeams?

Also you'll want this kit and select 35W, 9006 for bulb type, and then your color temperature
