I noticed in my Bonne the other day that you don't have to press the button to shift between gears...I've always used the button and this is virtually the only car I've driven with this sort of shifter.

Just want to make sure it'* not broken.

You don't need to press the button to go between certain gears...like R>N>D. But you do to go from P>R and OD>D etc...

Like every automagic i've driven, you can go into Neautral from Reverse and Drive with just a push of the ****. Also you can go up from 1>2>3/D>OD by just pushing the **** as well. WHen i back out of spots i just slide it back with no button on my way into drive.

With the exception of my old park ave, which you could put into gear even with the key in the lock position, all other autos i have drove are like, with minor diffrecens
Some autos u can up and down shift between OD, D, 2, 1 and so on so fourth, safety was in mind this time lol

that would make it far to tempting for me to manually shift up during times of chance... , wrecking my so far good transmission. But maybe a good mod if you have the other mods to boot?
