I think Damemorder is your man, but ultimately, the best thing to do is spend 20 bucks on Chilton'* #28200. It'll cover all that, and should be available locally.

we had a frame shop replace that and straighten the engine support on the bottom when Jeff hit the pole in the parking lot with the 94! It only cost 500 and that included parts and all(except for the body parts)!
they just chopped off from his car and replaced with one from another! Could never tell. They did excellent work!!
