electronic climate control trouble codes

Hey guys, hope someone can help. I am looking for a way to pull the electronic climate control trouble codes from the computer. I am fearing the computer is bad but maybe its a cheep sensor? basicly the auto temp control is not working. Thanks guys!

On the 93, you pull them directly from the climate control display. The 95 has a different system; you need someone with a 95 or above service manual.

I'm on the 93 boat too, but if it's JUST the temp control, it might simply be just the interior temp thermostat! Fud, how do you pull the codes from a 93? I don't have the procedure in my book. If you PM it to me, I'll post it up in Techinfo. Anybody for the 95, too. Jr?

Ok, I have the procedure from Fuddyduddy, I'll get it posted up in Techinfo asap. It works for 92-94, maybe 95????

Gee guys thanks. I sure hope we can pull em out and its just a sensor, and not a air mix door valve....LOL if it is i may just live with it. Thanks for your continuing help. :)

I'll have it posted by 7 am west coast time. I'm still at work.

this isn't going to help any of you really, but I have a question. a few months ago, the display on my mom's car was flashing. all the controls on the digital climate control were blinking for about 2 minutes. What would cause the display to blink like that?

That's probably because you have an error code stored in the climate control. Someone with the 95 or above service manual has to provide some advice on how to retrieve those codes.
