FOG + Driving? what? Unless your names Merlin, you've got one or the other.

This is a fairly decent representation on the differences between low beams and driving lights. I don't use them in the city once it'* dark, and only on highways/freeways when empty, or it'* bad conditions. They make the road smellbird lives on drivable....
