What type of dremel tool would I need to cut through a bonnie frame and how much power?

FRAME? No dremel will do that. I think you need to get more specific about what you want to do.

not the frame but the body I meant. I have a practice car Im going to use first because Im going to install suicide doors on the bonnie and have to cut into where the rear door latch is located.

You can forget the dremel and buy air tools. You'll burn through 5 dremels on one door.

an electric handheld grinder will do the trick also.... assuming you get the correct wheel.
