First some questions
Tune-Up - Has one ever been done?
Tie Rods w/ 4-Wheel Balance and Rotation - Are they bad?
Steering Wheel Position Sensor - whats wrong with it?
Wheel Hub Assembly - Is it going bad?

In my opinion, I'd take care of the tie-rods, and hub assembly, then the SPS, then the tune-up. Your going to have to realign the car with the tie-rods, and the SPS being replaced, so your best bet would be to do them at the same time, along with the hub assembly.

My vote is Tie Rods, b/c if they are out of whack they can negatively impact many other parts, including making your tyres wear unevenly.

Tough choices in that poll. I'd get the car to stand up straight as priority one. Do the hub assembly & tie rods. The steering wheel pos. sensor & tune up can wait a while.
