It doesnt seem like any Bonnevilles in the local scrap yards EVER get bonnevilles without front end damage, evryone seems to hit things. I have been looking since March for a new SSEi bumper cover. Pontiac dealers no longer offer them, even the largest body parts store in the city doesn't have an idea where to get one.
This being the last part I need in my restoration is really putting a damper on things.
So my question is....... Does anybody know of anywhere to get a front bumper cover. (It'* for a 94 BTW) I'm almost willing to pay international shipping for this thing if there is one in China.

yep, they do get rear-ended. Fortunately some of us hardly feel it more than a day or two afterwards (the psycological pain of losing your favorite Bonneville of all time will always stay with you).

Almost forgot.... there is a seller on ebay (sorry -don't remember their id) who'* been selling new aftermarket bumpers (I believe it'* just the bumper cover) for the 1992-1995 SSE/SSEi'*. Going price was like $159 BUY IT NOW + shipping.
Sorry to be slightly off topic here, but did the 92-95 ssei'* ever come with a silver trim line along the rear bumper? Mine is in need or repair/replacement, and if an ssei rear bumper cover is available to match, i'd like to go that route.

Hehe, the largest majority of all auto crashes are front-end regardless of make/model... so your task will be tough if you're only checking locally. :?
Try the online resources already mentioned, and I'd also recommend picking up a Hemmings Motor News. They have a website, but I think you have to subscribe to get any classifieds listings... you can get a single paper copy at any bookstore or large magazine rack. You'll have hundreds of scrapyards and parts warehouses nationwide to call, many of whom will have a computerized inventory and offer reasonable shipping rates. Good luck!
