did the pulley upgrade :D

went to my dads shop to get a tune up.

got new delco spark plugs, 8mm wires, and put on a stock 92/93 pulley....

holy balls, my car has balls...

i recommend this mod to anyone with a blower...i really didnt think i would notice this big of a change. i did not put on a smaller belt, as my dad said the ildler pulley was doing it job great. anyone think my belt is slipping?

however during the tune, we noticed a couple things wrong.

i have 2-3 motor mounts broken. the one one right side that looks like a black can is about half gone, the bottom one on the drivers side up front is completely cracked, and the under the tranny also looks suspicious.

i wont be getting down to much on my new pulley, but i have tried it a few times. when i get my dash in, and can turn off my traction control, ill be able to leave a 1000 ft burnout.

would i be right to say i am running about 250 horses now?

oh yeah, and when we took off the old wires, we noticed one of the back wires was completely frayed off at the base, so i was running on 4-5 cyclinders all this time...

I LOVE SSEI's, so much potential!

I would defintally get them mounts fixed ASAP!
And yeah, the smaller diameter makes a hell of a diffrence.
Awesome cars! I miss owning one!....one day i will!

I went through four of those front rubber mounts in eight months. joker69's is broken, yours is.... I suggest everyone go check it out. Seems there are more of these broken than I figured. I ought to do that Write-up on the mount someday... That front mount snapping in half is what broke that back lower pass side mount, bet money on it. Mine did the same thing, I drove it for ~200mi like that, yours has been that way longer since you're screwing the last mount. Get it fixed asap, It bends your CV's at wrong angles and streches wires. And..... Didn't you feel the motor sitting back down on the front mount when you come off of WOT quickly? The front of my car would drop ~3in when my motor sat back down and I measured 8in of rotation at the TB in D with the brake on at 3K RPM.

Now I want to put a smaller pulley on there more than I did before! lol

Also, I'll check my motor mounts tomorrow.

It really does. I was pleasantly surprised when I put the 2.2" on.
