The only real problem we ran in to was the supercharger belt was hitting the ICM plate. So I added 3 washers to lift up the top side, and that worked.

Way better.

One small problem seems to have come up. He called this morning and said gas is leaking out of the bottom of the front 3 injectors. No leaking when he left. I suspect teh ZZP modified fuel rails are the problem. The cross over hose was to long and stuck up kind of high. You can see it in the picture. I'm guessing the hood was pressing down on that and forced the front fuel rail to move down changing the angle and pinching the front 3 O rings. Dang it, is it so hard to make a fuel line the right length?

I misread that a little the first time. I thought you meant the plastic fuel line was leaking. Those rails should bolt down like the stockers with two 10mm nuts. I wonder if the brackets are tweaked somehow.

Ain't that coil bracket a joy. Bonneville tensioner is much better in my book.

I know the nuts holding it down are tight. But the way they are there is so little left holding it. Nothing to prevent front to back movement. And if the rails were pushed down, that would also move the injectors pinching the O rings. That'* the only way I can think that all 3 would leak in the same place.

I'd think that it would cause a vacuum leak before being bent over far enough to leak fuel. I mean..that'* below the o-ring level and vacuumis pulling into to the motor.

Abeit..it'* a ZZP part and therefore anything is possible. They sell VC gaskets that have to be stretched to fit in a VC
