Well as of thurdsday my mechanic has told me that my crankshaft bearings have spun loose and that i no longer have a useable engine. So if ANYONE knows of where i can find a GOOD used Series II engine please tell me. I may have to just go for a small block instead of the entire engine but none the less a cheaper used engine would be ALOT nicer. THanks

Go to the wrecker and find a newer one. My new 1998 had 38000 miles on it and cost 600.00 with a warrantee. Look around.

I found a rebuilt engine at Advanced Auto for under 2k so i'm probably going to go with that since it also has a 3 year warrenty.

Hey tough luck man. My engine puked on me too! I called a couple of wreckers and found a motor with 155km for $500 Cdn. Hopefully I'll be motoring again soon.
